I was struggling with infertility, back pain, and headaches before beginning chiropractic care. We began chiropractic care because Emilia struggled with reflux and had issues sleeping the first few weeks after she was born. I began chiropractic to help support imbalanced hormones, irregular cycles, sleeping problems, and stress adaptation. Since Elliot was 6 weeks old, he has been getting chiropractic care. He had some tummy troubles and was not able to fully rotate his neck. Dizziness (almost from the beginning of care) and ringing in the ear have disappeared. I must acknowledge my scepticism to begin with this technique, but after seeing the results, it should be available to all.

Operated twice for herniated disc L4-L5, without intervertebral disc. I come for pains in the lumbar area sometimes very intense. I was very sick, had arthrosis in the knee and could not walk or climb stairs. It bothered me a lot of joints in general (back, elbows, hands, hips, knees, feet...), even in bed I could not sleep. From March 2015 to June of the same year, when I started with chiropractic care I suffered a generalized and very especially felt continuous dizziness and headaches, as well as a continuous feeling of being absent. I went to Espaço Quiroprático Lisboa with a pain in my right knee that prevents me from bending down and doing sports activities like running. It was not possible for me to do any basic activities like lighting the fireplace. I had to go a lot of time to the medical doctor and was always taking anti inflammatory. I’m 32 years old and I’ve had scoliosis since 2000. 58º lumbar and dorsal, one hip higher than another and a spine rotation that had displaced my scapula and had a crushed lung with ribs.
